Before that I have a little story with anger in the name "The boy - full of anger".
When the boy enter into your day-to-day life he makes you angry, he makes you tired, he makes you feel bad, and finally he makes you unlike yourself. So please avoid the boy in your way. When the boy enters your room just say " GET Lost buddy! "
Every fear in your mind converts into angry. So first avoid fear.

You missed your pen , and went to write an examination. At the time boy enters into your life.
The things which makes you angry so please avoid seeing it or don't concentrate on that things which makes you more angry. The things are like boy enters into your room. When you get anger say the word to yourself "Be Calm buddy!"
When the world makes you angry say to the world " I'm Calm buddy!"
When you hear the words (you don't like) in your ear , Just say " It's ok buddy!"
When the people makes you angry , just say calmly " It's ok sometimes bad happens! ".
When someones works you don't like you say " You're Great buddy!"
If all the above are served as good and why you should be angry buddy?. Getting a bad name is easy in this modern world but getting a valid name is not like same as.
So think wisely, why should Anger?
